The Disgrace Of Obama's Benghazi Scandal
All but those who are willfully ignorant know that Obama is extremely incompetent, but this Benghazi scandal is exposing him as a criminal. The liberals, the Democrats, the left-wing press and anyone else who had a hand in putting this sack of excrement into power will give account to Heaven because of their actions. Every time I see or hear this disgraceful creature ooking and eeking on T.V. or the radio, it makes me furious that our once-great country has allowed this fraudulent, illegal-alien, America-hating, America-destroying scumbag into power.

The Truth About The Internet Sales Tax
The following is an a response I received from my Democrat senator after requesting that she vote against the Internet Sales Tax, which is a tax increase of $382.5 Billion and will hurt small businesses which rely on the Internet for their living. Following that is some info from Grassfire which clears up some of the lies being spread by the Democrats and RINOs who support this economy killing disaster.

Dear Sir:
During the past few months, there has been much misleading information about the Marketplace Fairness Act. Thank you for reaching out to my office to express your concerns about the bill, its impact on taxpayers and small businesses. I appreciate the opportunity to hear from you about this very important matter.
The bill does not create any new taxes, but allows states to enforce existing sales and use tax laws from internet sales, the same way local brick and mortar stores are required to collect sales tax on purchases. Every day, businesses in Louisiana and across the nation are being put at an unfair disadvantage against online, out-of-state merchants that aren't required to collect and remit Louisiana sales and use taxes. As a result, cities and parishes in Louisiana are missing out on hundreds of millions of dollars for infrastructure projects, renovations, and improvements.
In addition, this legislation protects small businesses and individual online sellers by exempting businesses with less than $1 million in annual online sales from having to collect and remit any state sales and use taxes. For these reasons, I supported the Marketplace Fairness Act and efforts to require sellers to collect and remit sales taxes to create a level playing field for all small businesses. That is why I voted with 69 of my colleagues in the U.S. Senate to pass the bill.
I appreciate the opportunity to hear from you and I hope you will continue to contact me on issues of mutual concern. Please also feel free to visit my website at http://landrieu.senate.gov for more information on legislative affairs or the Small Business Committee website at http://sbc.senate.gov for information regarding small business initiatives.
With warmest regards, I am
Sincerely,
Mary Landrieu
United States Senator
This ends Senator Landrieu's lie filled email. Following is the truth as investigated and reported by grassfire.com
From the Desk of:
Steve Elliott
The LIE -- This is not a tax increase.
The FACTS -- Taxes will go up $382.5 Billion.
Grassfire projects that the Internet Sales Tax mandate will result in a net INCREASE in taxes paid by the American people of $382.5 Billion over the next 10 years. This is a conservative estimate based on widely published projections that Internet retail sales will increase 10% compounded annually.
The LIE -- This bill is fair for local merchants.
The FACTS -- This bill punishes Internet merchants.
This bill greatly disadvantages Internet businesses (the lifeblood of the growth of our economy) by requiring them to track and report more than 9,600 sales and use taxes! An Internet business will be required to know, track, report and pay every single tax! This will create a reporting nightmare worse than ObamaCare.
The LIE -- It's fair for online retailers to have to pay.
The FACTS -- Online merchants should NOT pay out-of-state taxes, and for good reasons.
This may be the worst lie of all, and I didn't even grasp it until one of my associates made the point to me yesterday. Taxes should always be associated with some service the government provides. Sadly, in our modern tax-and-spend culture, we have lost any and all association between taxes and actual government services those taxes fund.
An Internet merchant in Iowa receives virtually NO services from, for example, the Virginia government and SHOULD NOT be forced to collect and pay Virginia sales tax. Our founding fathers would likely have called this taxation without representation.
The LIE -- Most consumers won't feel this tax.
The FACTS -- This new Internet Sales Tax mandate will hit the middle class the hardest.
This bill is squarely aimed at the middle class: home computer owners with high-speed Internet and "disposable" income who shop online. The Middle Class will "pay the freight," with each and every online purchase.
Thank you for the stand you are taking.
Steve Elliott
P.S. By the time Americans are ready to do their "back to school" shopping, Louisiana citizens could be forced to pay sales taxes to other state governments on Internet purchases -- a $382.5 Billion tax increase.
Below is a screenshot showing a list of the Senators and how they voted. Those voting for this tax hike should be held accountable, and those not voting should be held accountable unless they have a very good reason for not voting.

Hate Groups In America
It's not that the number of hate groups has increased, it's that more organizations are now being classified as hate groups. For example, if you stand for traditional American values, support normal marriage, are a Christian, conservative or patriot, you are guilty of hate. Organizations like the Tea Party, American Family Association and the Catholic Church are now classified as hate groups according to the SPLC hate map.
