Obama called for the passing and implementation of the Unaffordable Commiecare Act, it was an emergency. Since it's passage, he has changed it unilaterally so many times that it looks nothing like the original law. At the same time, Obama and the Demoncrats are telling Republicans to leave it alone, it's the law. 

The Second Amendment has been the law for over 200 years. Legally, it can only be changed by passing another Constitutional Amendment. The anti gun hoplophobes urge restrictions on the right to bear arms, even though such restrictions are unlawful according to the Constitution, as they are infringements upon a God given right

1 - You call for help when someone is in your home, attacking someone who lives with you;

2 - You have a restraining order;

3 - An officer has verbally promised to protect you from a specific person; or

4 - Someone threatens to kill you, tells you they are coming over right now, AND you have a restraining order against them.

The police are not obligated to save your life.
