A First Lady should always look her best, but Moochelle appears to be having her skin lightened (which is odd if she's proud to be black). Judging by the bottom pictures, she is possibly even having cosmetic surgery on our dime. Too bad that even with all the money being paid out to improve her appearance, she still manages to look like ghetto trash.
