Chief Barack "Squatting Bull" Obama, also known as The Talking Turd", has gone on the warpath. The Trademarks and Patents office, most likely at the insistence of the Democrats and The Talking Turd, has stripped the Washington Redskins of their trademark. This is the Chicago way. Go against The Talking Turd and some agency of the government will make trouble for you. This doesn't mean they have to change their name, but anyone can get away with selling counterfeit Redskins products because they don't have copyright protection on the name. 

You know, just because a minority of people are offended doesn't make it okay to violate someone's rights. Most Native Americans are okay with the name, this is a result of a lawsuit filed by five or six thin skinned people. 

Okay, since they're losing their trademark, I have a suggestion for a new name.
