An Open Letter To Democrats:

For years you've told us the Republicans are the "party of 'no'". Yet, you are holding up the Keystone Pipeline.

For years you've told us there is too much gridlock on issues the country cares about. Yet, with a vast majority of Americans in support of the job creating Keystone Pipeline, you hold it up.

For years you've told us that "putting Americans back to work" is your focus. You spent almost a trillion dollars "stimulating" the economy, which of course didn't happen. Yet, you kill the Keystone Pipeline for no reason at all, knowing (or perhaps because) it will create thousands of jobs for the unskilled and semi-skilled.

You say you want "reasonable" environmental regulations", yet every green roadblock you've thrown in front of Keystone Pipeline has been addressed and debunked.

You've claimed Republicans hate women, blacks, Hispanics, gays, and anyone else whose vote you seek. Would not many people from these groups prosper from the jobs created by the Keystone Pipeline. Would not these individuals who make up your identity groups benefit from lower gas prices at the pump? Would not these individuals benefit from reduced American independence on foreign oil?

In this great country we can disagree on matters of policy. Whether to raise or lower taxes, increase or decrease regulations, subsidies, and foreign involvement through our military. 

But surely we don't disagree that a private project, funded without tax dollars, that creates jobs, does not harm the environment, improves our energy production, and reduces energy costs is a good thing for ALL Americans?

Surely you'd rather rule over a rich country than a poor one?

Dear Editor,

Since the vast majority of officers outside of Portland and Cumberland County, have expressed their refusal to take part in gun confiscation, I believe I have a solution for the gun control problem.

I believe it is time for all those who want to confiscate guns to be deputized and sent out to confiscate guns from those who have them.

You know it has been a bit slow for pastors these days, no real rush on marriage till spring, few folks are dying, and well, Sunday's just aren't what they were fifty, sixty years ago.

I am convinced that deputizing all those who want to disarm gun owners, sending them out in the early hours of the morning to break down the doors of gun owners, could just be a real stimulus to the preaching profession, rid the gene pool of some real mentally deficient voters as well.

If I were a lawyer I would add a little ad here maybe 50% off funerals from gunshot wounds suffered by unarmed deputies at 4AM. But alas, ACP preachers still aren't allowed to advertise.

The word translated sword, is machaira, makh'-ahee-rah, in this context it means the sword common to the rank and file members of the military. Today it would be translated as the weapons common to the everyday member of the Military, a high capacity semi automatic handgun and/or a high capacity semi automatic with a selector switch to make it fully automatic, rifle such as the M-16.

Nowhere in the Holy Bible does it tell us that in these perilous last days (2 Timothy 3:1) are we to be unarmed nor is there even a hint that we are to stand by and allow our children to be defenselessly slaughtered. Those who preach ‘gun control' are not preaching what God said but what the democrat says, and God will deal with them, of this we are assured.
